Who We Are

Formerly Fibre Optics International Ltd, we changed our name to TATE Rail in 2010. We know our stuff when it comes to fibre optics, but we're equally clued up on the full spectrum of lineside infrastructure services, and we wanted our new name to reflect this. Nothing else has changed - and we still do great biscuits if you'd like to come and talk to us about what we can do for you.

Our directors have over 30 years of combined experience in the sector, having previously held key positions in large organisations before joining forces in 2000. In addition to their management abilities, they know the sector inside out, and are not averse to getting their hands dirty. With a large extensive workforce available, they aren't often called upon to demonstrate their hands on skills, and can most often be found concentrating their efforts on developing the range of services available to their customers.
